Hi,

I have laminated inkjet prints before, and they turn out really nice. I've typically done this for placemats, book marks, coasters, etc. If you don't mind having plastic on you pillow, you can laminate it. There's also a protectant spray by Krylon called Preserve It, that I use on many of my inkjet prints (fabric, canvas, transfers, etc.) PC Smart will most likely chime in on this as well, and may have other suggestions.

most iron on transfers are pretty durable - they are meant to withstand wash after wash (as some of my old shirts can attest to) but if you are looking to waterproof the pillow there is an iron on product available in fabric stores. it is meant for use in raincoats and placemats but would work on a pillow as well. you would apply it before sewing the pillow together and just use a heavyweight needle. i am not sure of the product name but if you ask in any big fabric stores (home dec or apparel) they should know what you are talking about. we use it a lot in crafts to make tote bags with.... hope this helped...good luck!
